  • Event coordinators are different from event managers, who have more decision-making authority. Event coordinators support the implementation, handling tasks and ensuring that an event runs smoothly, working with leadership, vendors, venue staff, & guests to see that every detail is accounted for and covered on the day of your event.

  • It can be hard to handle the many small details that can impact guest experience, for the positive or the negative. A ‘day-of’ coordinator works closely with other organizers so that those details are seen to and any potential problems are curtailed before they ever impact your event. Libero endeavors to take the stress and the load off you and others while ensuring the highest standards are continuously met at every turn.

  • Everyone! Day-of coordinators act as point of contact for every person on-site at the event—from catering staff and venue representatives to irate or confused guests. We ensure that the highest standards of customer service are received by those attending and work to problem solve any potential issues that arise throughout the event from anyone involved.
